We offer a no fuss, low tech solution to people who would rather spend time enjoying each others company and leave the cooking and food preparation side of things to us. We have streamlined the consistency and quality of all the food ingredients we use. You don't have to be a Chef it's all very simple IF you enjoy dealing with people. You might start out doing the functions yourself but very quickly as the number of bookings grows you will need to hire casual staff and order your second trailer. We will also have for you a smaller DIY trailer(s) which you can hire out to sporting organizations or in fact anyone who just wants the BBQ on site and will do their own thing.

You operate your business from home, which means low overheads.

One of the major benefits we offer all our franchisees, is that we will continue to test all new ways of improving this service at our Wodonga Victoria company owned and operated territory which is also where all franchisees will be trained. We will be the ‘guinea pigs” not you, before we decide any new improvements products or services fit into our approved product range.

Our franchisees will be fully trained both on food preparation and cooking product knowledge and also how to give excellent customer service which will ensure you maximize your own exclusive territories market share.

We will show you how to do the local area networking and ideally we would want our franchisees to live in the territory.

Yes you have to sell! Yes, you do have to manage staff and yes the customer is always right!

Many parties etc are at night and at the weekend, but we also work for the local radio station in doing their promotional BBQ's during the weekdays.
